went to these guys with a clunking sound when car shifted.. they found the problem quickly and it didnt break the bank. Service was fast and done right.I'll recommend this company to my friends.Thanks precision

Great repair at honest price.

Guys are to incompetent to scan the vehicle. Instead ripped apart my console told me they needed parts and couldn't do it left it torn apart. Needless to say a simple scan would have shown loss of communication with TCM just a broken wire. Instead costed me thousands in damage to the console and interior. Not to mention they suggested improper spec'd transmission fluid in my car which in below freezing temperatures caused transmission problems and damage. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Most incompetent shop I have ever been to.

I am not happy with my car here 2 errors: P0762 honda- shift solenoid valve c stuck on and P0325 knock sensor 1 circuit bank 1 or single sénor: I have to pay up to 1k38 after tax.

Brought in my rear struts to have the springs swapped over to my new ones for re-install. I should've asked for a quote in advance, because I paid $80, and it took nearly 2 hours. It's a fifteen minute job (maybe) with a hydraulic compressor, and my usual shop charges half that, and will do it while I wait. I can't speak to rest of their services, but this is the most I've EVER paid to have something so small done. Certainly won't be going back.

I have always had great luck with these fellows (perhaps its not luck) patience and a careful eye that's what I always seem to get. I can not say I have gotten that from everyone. I make a living with my trucks so it is important. Thanks Fellows.p.s to the fellow Jon" Hydrolic Compressor ????"

Darryl and Dom have fixed my truck a few times and I've never been disappointed with their service. They are friendly, smart and knowledgeable, and excellent mechanics to match! I would strongly recommend their service to anyone.

I'm truly impressed with Precision Transmission! The clutch on my 2006 Toyota Corolla suddenly stopped working, so I called around to the few shops in Niagara that work on clutches and transmissions The technicians at Precision were able to check out my car, and told me that it was worth getting the clutch fixed because the car is in excellent mechanical shape for how old it is, and for the miles on it, and the body is in wonderful shape as well. Dominic was very friendly, and I felt he was honest in assessing whether or not getting the clutch fixed was worth the money for me. The car now drives like it's new! I received superior customer service, and would highly recommend Precision Transmission.

My first experience with this shop was hectic, the transmission in my VW Beetle blew. I ended up swapping the blown transmission with used one. Unfortunately the used transmission had shifting issues as well. Cost thousands, I wish I had spent more on a rebuilt, or new one. My second experience with this shop was awful. The transmission on my truck was leaking, thought it would be a minor repair. Several hundred dollars later and the transmission still leaks oil, just not as quickly. They also kept my truck for much longer than I anticipated. This shop does not honor their work. Good luck getting reimbursed if you still have an issues once you have paid for repairs. I would not return.

Was highly reccomended to go here. Tranny was bad and I knew that going in. I was willing to drop 3k on a new one no quesrions asked but couldn't be bothered to make time for a week. Lost my business. I had my car repaired and back from Collins Nissan with a loaner car is less time then it would have taken for my appointment" to have my car looked at. Can't speak for quality of repairs as I never got my transmission worked on here."
