I began my journey 3 months ago. The meal plans are simple and delicious. I never felt hungry or deprived of food. Still having cheat meals I lost over 20 inches. Definitely maintainable. Coaches available when needed. Would recommend to everyone!!

I lost 61 pounds (297lbs to 236lbs) in the 3 months program that was offered by Andrew and Kathy, my wife lost 24 pounds just from diet, she was diagnosed with MS the same week she started her diet plan so she couldn't workout at all.they were with us step by step, weekly updates, special recipes for me and my wife, messages and advices.. whatever I say is not enough.
