I Have always gone here and found it to be great however they have recently changed my mind. I threw my back out and am in need of an appointment as I am in quite a bit of pain. I booked for Friday then got a call saying my tech was sick.. So we rebooked for Monday. I call Monday to confirm and the reception made a booking error and booked me for a week away. She was not able to make any arrangements to get me in during the time frame where I did not have to take time off work due to her mistake. She did offer a discount, however at this point that is not good enough. I am very upset and due to this experience they have lost my business. They should have made accommodations due to their mistake. Poor poor communication!!

i too found the place to be very warm,cozy and relaxing...just what i needed for my acupuncture visit,first time there...i will cont. to go there, Ali is terrific at what she does!

Went here for acupuncture, the sessions was good but the front desk staff was very rude.They can not seem to get their billing correct with blue cross and are very rude to the patient about it and making the billing sound like it’s the patients problem and try and demand the patient put a credit card on file.

The staff here is wonderful. They are taking great precautions to be safe and Dr. Ken Alexander is a very knowledgable and kind chiropractor.

Excellent service! I feel safe when going in for appointments after they reopened during covid because they disinfect everything, wear and provide masks, sanitizer, ask covid questions and they do direct billing.

Finding their lovely website made me want to go to this clinic. Getting there, the office was greater than my expectation. It is warm and inviting. I had accupuncture treatment and it was wonderful. I want to try everything this clinic has to offer now. I highly recommend it and I will go back.

The RMT WAS GOOD AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

I met with Caroline yesterday for acupuncture and she truly went above and beyond. She sat me down for my consultation and was so engaged in listening to the struggles I was experiencing. She made me feel like such a priority, and even extended our time together so that she could offer me a TCM massage, and did cupping as well... needless to say, I am so thrilled to continue my healing at Remedy thanks to their lovely staff.
