Set appointment you should keep appointment or call to cancel, but do not tell me you rang the bell, called my number. When the truth is you failed to show as I was home waiting all morning and on my PHONE SHOWS NO CALLS. This is totally disrespectful .

Called them to report a dangling wire from the main lines on the street .... they asked too many Irrelevant questions like who is your utility company ...The lady didn’t want to do anything .. she told me you should find the utility company and call them ...Regretting that I called this useless Entity ... unclear why they are called Electrical safety if they don’t want to act if there might be a potential safety issue .. useless

Due to the lockdown in Ontario they aren't doing home owner inspections. Which is fine, if they weren't doing inspections at all. However they are still doing contractor inspections. If I had a contractor in my basement working they would enter and inspect but because I'm doing it myself covid is to dangerous? Now I've got a partial finished basement I can't compete for 3 weeks. This type of mismanagement and poor decision making us exactly why people don't bother getting permits. Just another bloated government organization with no accountability to the public.

these people are NEVER on time, have a lot of missed days from them saying they would be coming early-late morning, and having them never show up; took a one week project and turned it into a 2+ week waiting game to get anything done. Horrible customer service, would not recommend.

I have never dealt with such an awful service for which customer has no option but pay and pay and pay more for it without any alternative. pay 300+ dollars for inspection for 4 hour inspection window that I have taken as a vacation from work. Inspector shows up having a worst day of his life 10 minutes before window expires, spends 5 minutes, cursing everything, not willing to explain or educate, leaves in a rush. Call center would not accept the feedback, no option of changing inspector, etc...

Really great customer service and inspectors were on time as indicated, inspectors used tel numbers and instructions provided. I was expecting covid-19 hurdles but they were great. Would definitely recommend
