Costco Hearing Aid Centre

My mother has been a customer for about ten years, purchasing and maintaining the equipment at this location. The staff go out of their way to assist my mother by regularly changing each hearing aid’s filter, cleaning parts, etc…all without any cost to my mother.Prior to Costco, my mother had purchased hearing aids and trito get them serviced by a hearing centre (Nova 2011), located at that time near the Oshawa Centre mall. That hearing centre’s “customer service” staff member was nasty & unhelpful, always pressuring us to buy new hearing aids regardless of the equipment’s problem (poor fitting) or the age (newness) of the hearing aids and they charged extra for everything, even to assess a problem.Costco’s hearing centre is wonderful, you just can’t get better equipment & service….and all for a reasonable (great) price. In fact, my mother recommended this location to two people, both of whom live out of town (Brighton, Trenton) and both of these people are equally satisfied with their purchase and the service they have received at this location.
