Felder Machinery Imports / Arbutus Tools

So far nicest selection and knowledge of festool if you dont want to go to Victoria or Vancouver.They were a little out of stock due to covid but had lots of very helpful tool advice, good place for any woodworker to drop on in.

My husband called about rollers to use with his planer. They had what he wanted. Cheaper than Home Depot, and way nicer service.

Went in the store to buy a Fuji spray system. The one person in the store was on his cell phone barley acknowledged that I entered the store. I went to the sprayers and looked at them wandered around the store in to the back room waiting for this guy to get off the phone. Walked by the counter several times with no acknowledgment from him. was in the store for 15 minuets finally I raised my hands in the air as I walked out the door and told him he just lost $2000 in sales and all I got was a sneer from him as I left. I walked slowly to the car to see if there would be some sort of reaction....none. Granted I could have interrupted his call, (he was on his cell talking to what sounded like a buddy) but I should not have to do this especially after being in the store for 15 minuets. If his boss reads this he should be fired. The date was July 9 2019 at 1pm. By the way came home typed this and ordered one from Amazon delivered to my door for the same price. Wish I could have given less than one star terrible customer service.

We had them send their service tech to fix the rip fence on our Felder panel saw. He blew up the saw while messing with the electrical and it took about four months for them to fix the original problem and their created problem. They gave us an invoice for $2800.00 and we couldn't use the saw properly for four months. They don't know anything about servicing their own product and I will stay away from Felder equipment in the future.
