One star is one too many!I mean it's bad when the manager margarite refuses to give you service when you've booked an appointment the previous day!she was unaware of the booked appointment, she said it would take too long to do my hair and offered to book an appointment for the next day.I said that I had to drive all the way from the opposite end of town during rush hour and my time was not even worth hers.I asked if a discount would be considered since my appointment is being cancelled and since no one had bothered to call me before hands to let me know to reschedule as 2 hours isn't enough of a time to do my type of highlights! I had called and explained to natasha the previous day about how much work my hair would take and based on that she booked my appointment (it usually takes about 3 hours because i don't even ask for toning).she said she can not give me any discounts for my troubles, and she has to ask her boss.I said ok call your boss now and ask her and i'll consider making another appointment.at first she attempted to look like she's going to phone her district manager, but then she said she won't. and gave me a smug smile!Then she proceeded to take 2 other walk in appointments as i was there!i asked if i could talk to HER BOSS AND SHE SAID NO!I called their corporate office, and they said i'd get a call back within 48 hours! and this is the Easter weekend!it is really hard to walk in and to book and appointment elsewhere! aside from the fact that i have to take time out of my time!Margarite also made a comment that my natural hair is black!here's the thing it's not! it's dark blonde, and compared to the blondes I have in my hair it may look black, and my roots where she needed to touch up as her service were lightened a lighter shade of brown!I said so you won't do my hair cuz it black? she said yes!I plan on taking her to the human rights commission and the salon reported to the better business bureau!definitely not a high end Salon, and even on the lower end of low end salons... very poor customer service!I felt humiliated, and just angry!I had to get the walmart manager involved so she could call the district manager!I'm going to find out who rents out their space, and perhaps reconsider signing another lease!

It is my first time to try this salon. I want to try it because of the reviews…I booked my children to have a haircut and I wasn’t disappointed…although she doesn’t talk much, I like how she asks my children if they want it shorter or the length is okay with them. The salon is clean and it’s convenient because after you get a haircut, you can do your grocery because it’s inside Walmart. I’ll return again for sure.

Marg did an awesome job on my older guy hair for my first visit with her today, shortening , blending and getting me complements as soon as I walked in the door at home. Very reasonable rates even with the tip compared to the salon prices I’m normally shelling out for cuts that were no where near as good as hers.She has a new client, as long as she’s cutting I’ll be back there .Thank Marg

Margarita is a great manager who cares and listens to detail. The other stylist June is fabulous as well, both Journeymen Stylists with experience. Loved my cut and waxing service. Thanks ladies!

I have been here before and my experience was poor. Looks like they are under new management and the lady who cut my hair did a great job! I will be going back to see her soon!

Terrible, Margret i think her name was not only made me stand up for my whole appointment but did not know how to cut hair. Left the salon with uneven hair.
