Don’t use this company! If you want fast and good service, use AJ Taxi.Called for a taxi today and was waiting almost an hour going back and forth from the store I was in to outside to keep warm. I called every 15 minutes to ask the status as they told me he would be there “soon” or was “around the corner”. After a while they began putting my calls on hold then hanging up. I ended up taking the icy walk home as other taxis had a 30 minute wait time. Halfway home I received a call from the driver AFTER calling back the company and expressing my personal situation that was originally stopping me from walking in the first place.
