Tried their online ordering process. Always takes a bit longer first time but not a bad experience. Waited until almost the provided time and went in to pick up the order. The wonderful lady putting up the order explained where everything was in the bag and double checked to make sure she didn't forget anything. Great experience!

Aweful experience. After repeating my order several times the cashier tried to skip over veggies and other items. We made it to the window to pick up the food and were still missing items from our meal. Only to drive down the road and find that our subs were made incorrectly wrong sauces, missing veggies etc. The BLT footlong only having 2 single peices of bacon stuffed in the middle. The other sub only having sauce on the end 1/4 peice of it. Will not be returning.

Staff are friendly, service is fast, store is clean, and they know how to build a sandwich that doesn't fall all over the place!Great job everyone! :D

Drive through in evenings is so slow. Two cars ahead of me I’ve been sitting here 25 minutes and can’t back out as someone is behind me. Limit order amount or speed it up!

Went through the drive through as I had 3 little ones with me. I've heard it was terrible at this location, but the girl who served me was wonderful. Extremely polite, very quick, efficient service. Sandwiches were presented great. Overall 5 star experience with her.

Really nice atmosphere for a fast food place. Always really delicious but the prices can sometimes deter me from going in when I'm in need of a quick meal. Overall, a great place, but I really wish more people could afford to go there.

After I had placed my order at the drive-thru, I sat there contemplating the sandwich artist on the inside. I would never meet this person, we would likely never cross paths. But the rest of my day was in their hands. They had the power to leave me in a blissful state of contentment, or to leave me disappointed and despondent. Whoever this beautiful soul was, they came through. They renewed my faith in the ability of humans to touch the lives of those around them. Sometimes we do this with kindness, sometimes with bravery, sometimes with compassion. In this case, they had done it with avocado and Southwest sauce. Whoever you are, noble sandwich artist, the world is your canvas. Keep painting!

The worst subway ever. They messed up every single one of my subs after repeating myself 3 times. Don’t work in a drive thru if you can’t hear properly. Go to literally any other subway, not this one.
