If I could give this company 0 star I would because they are just irresponsible and terrible customer service i have ever seen. Never ever go to them, spend some more money and send your courier from other good courier company.They are not going to answer you properly l, sometimes don’t even pick up your call and promise to give you call in 10 min and never call back.They lost my important courier in transit, and putting all blames on Purolater. Even they don’t have courtesy to inform you about your package. They didn’t give our courier cost and says purolater is going to give refund of your package and purolater says they can give only partial amount because this irresponsible people didn’t mention cost of the courier to them. At the end they said we are not going to give you anything for your courier cost as it’s not our policy and the main thing policy was never explained to us.it’s been more than a month but still i have no idea about my courier.Don’t have a manners to deal with customers and always pretend to busy by saying I’m busy with other clients I will call you back. ALWAYS.If you have proof then i also have every proof so don’t make me to say that all you did to us. And we gave our courier to you not the purolater so it’s not our problem. To cc me in your mail doesn’t make you and your service great.

Good service and helpful staff members. They explain you well about all the details and related information

First impression is last impression. Since phone call to approach them was excellent experience. They are beyond their guideline to serve customers. My first meeting with Madam Jyoti and Mr Paathak was amazing with their staff too. No business offer sweet but they are continuing their indian tradition too. It was easier than i imagine. And like to mention that yet my family in India hasn't received shipment yet, but my confidence in them already delivered it. At least once you should try their service.May God bless their business.

Customer service is spotty/inconsistent. If you're a serious business owner, I'd avoid. I can't even get my account set up and give them money. That's your sign of how they run things.

These guys have terrible customer service. I called them so many times to get confirmation regarding my package, sent back home but they always hung up saying we will get back to you and they never call back. Now they stopped responding to my calls. It is better to use Canada post or other courier service than this place. I will never go there again. It is not cheap as well because they charge you less here but a huge amount of money will be charged in the name of custom to your relatives. Worse service ever got.
