If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. They are always very rude, throwing your food out the window trying to get you gone as fast as possible. No customer service whatsoever. I often go in the morning shortly after they open and everytime they rush me out of there and throw my food at me. Never have been told to have a good day as I’m leaving. Just very bad customer service.

Don't usually have issues with my orders, customer service is always lacking. No smiles, no greetings, just get in and get out kind of attitudes.

Had a delicious sausage And egg wrap plus a nice hot coffee this visit. Was quite happy I visited . Highly recommend

An excellent Tim Hortons location that is part of a convenient shopping centre on the North-East side of Lethbridge which includes a Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, PetValu, Dollar store, etc. Although I have never actually been inside this location it is very convenient to be able to zip through the easily accessible drive thru once you are done with your shopping. Not usually too busy outside of the morning rush.

I go to this one because of work, but lately it's been very frustrating. Staff almost throw your order at you before you can finish paying, give me drink trays when i ask not to have them, and then whenever I get an iced coffee, it's never mixed.

Came to meet some friends at 1pm. Waited in line and was ignored. 3 people on only up front. One at the window, one making sandwiches and nobody manning the counter. It's 1pm, should have extra staff on. Quit trying to maximize profit and minimize labor cost. Customer service people, come on. Terrible.

They must have some new staff because during my most recent visit the two individuals that were working?" (I use this term cautiously) essentially ignored the customer in front of me for a good 2 to 3 minutes before even acknowledging him. Then he waited for an excessive amount of time to receive one coffee and one donut. I was right behind him in the line and as I stepped forward one step to place my order the counter person turned and walked away. He returned about 2 or 3 minutes later and took my order. His demeanor while sauntering over to the coffee pot and back was poor. He really appeared to not care one way or the other about quality service. No smile

I stood in line for 10 minutes @ the till, only 1 lady @ till a guy before me gave big order. That would be ok but there was 4 people standing around @ drive thru no one came to help. 3 people came out from the back still no one would help. Guy behind me left 5 minutes before I did. Very bad service better train people to multi task!!!! 7 people & no one would help. Won't stop there again.

The workers are always cranky and moody there's definitely something wrong with the atmosphere and most workers were on their phones while working which is highly unsanitary
