My experience is not good today. I bought a packet of Biscuits chips Ahoy under the scheme of buy one get one free @$7. When we opened the pkt, the biscuits were stale and unfreshed. Feeling unsatisfied and not worth visiting place. I recommend to all the visitors not to purchase this item.

Customer service personnel did not handle the situation with my elderly mother with respect. Simplest thing my mother was to return an item, but things escalated so that it was difficult for mom to understand what was being said, and what was being directed to her, don’t believe it was dealt empathy or kindness. People like that should not be in those positions that deal with the simplest of issues. Not impressed with the customer service and what my mom had to deal with.

This is by far my favorite save on foods! It is set up perfectly, beautiful decor, walls, and flooring. Everything is set out neatly and clean. Highly recommend!

During a stay in Edmonton in November 2018, I stopped by this Save-On-Foods to buy some basic grocery supplies for my hotel room so as not to get sick of eating out everyday. I found this grocery location to be clean and well-organized. Produce looked fresh. Staff members were friendly. I was however, a bit disappointed with some of the products I purchased. I bought some olives from the produce area, “western family” (store) brand hummus and Havarti cheese from the store’s deli and none of them tasted good to me so I ended up throwing them away at my hotel. But, a some of the other things I bought were alright such as apples, carrots, diet soft drinks, etc.

To me from Ottawa the prices are high but this could be normal for Edmonton. The best was the cashier, he was very friendly and did an excellent job. I wish I had listened to him and signed up for the card or whatever they offer to get the better prices. The store was clean and good produce available.

When you go into a grocery store that you usually don't visit, I find it enjoyable to wander around the store, to see what they have.I managed to find a most wonderful bread there. Yes, I do want it again.

Stopped by for my order pickup a little late today, and honestly in a pretty terrible mood. Milea helped with my order today and she was amazing. She didn’t let my negative mood impact her customer service and by the end of our conversation I was laughing along with her. Milea provided me free banana boxes for my order when I realized I had forgotten mine, and took the time to help me pack my boxes as well. Thank you Milea for reminding me to slow down and be kind to those around me, I truly hope my negative mood didn’t affect the rest of your day and i’ll be visiting again soon in a much better mood thanks to you.

I would like to commend the cashier Chris L and I really hope management pass on this feedback. Chris was an amazing cashier, they really have a wonderful attitude toward their job and their goal is to make people smile. I was having a really bad headache and despite that, Chris's pleasant nature and demeanor really lifted up my spirits. Thank you for being you Chris, you are awesome!

One of my favourite grocery stores in/near downtown. Also one of the best save on foods in the city! Staff are friendly, parking is great and the best time to shop is a weekday morning. I like the layout/flow of this location!
