Best-Way Glass

Friendly staff deserves 5 stars however after shopping around I realized I over paid for a window glass replacement. The installer broke the first piece and did not even call me that they weren't coming anymore. I waited at home all afternoon until I called. Then I had to re order the glass. Another 4 week wait. Finally after 2 months they installed the glass. Very quick and professional installers.

Had glass & Glass door installed in a Shower. Crew was professional and punctual. They gave me a timeframe when the glass would be installed and they were spot on.

Tried dealing with tom" for glass doors. was very rude and pushy while I was looking up the dimensions of the panel. Apologized for taking his time and let him know I would be taking business elsewhere."

Had been having multiple issues with our contractor grade windows. Fearing the worst we started window shopping figuring we'd have to replace the entire window (glass, frame, etc). We started at Sudbury Windows & Doors and ended up speaking with one of the guys who manages the service crews who just happened to stop in on his day off. He quickly suggested going to see Best-Way Glass as we likely didn't new frames but rather just replacement glass as our house is only 10 years old - so across the street we went. Tom and crew verified what Windows & Doors had said and upon stopping by the following day to price things out we placed our order. About a week and a half later we had our new windows and couldn't be happier! The thermal efficiency on the replacement units is light years ahead of the contractor grade stuff - we were originally going to get them tinted once installed as our house faces south so it heats up quickly with all the glass but after the new windows it is noticeably cooler! The installers were excellent and actually vacuumed up after themselves. You can tell these guys have been doing this a long time and know their stuff! Can't say enough good things about them and will highly recommend them to anyone who will listen to me!As a bit of a side they fix screen doors as well! Not to mention the replacement window crank they tracked down for me! (No more inflatable Santa helicopters on the roof at Christmas time with the cord running through the window I guess)

I brought our Camping Trailer Patio Screen Door in for repairs. They did a fantastic job with high end screen replacement plus the slider wheels made of plastic were damaged and they replaced them them with metal ones. Now our door glides so smoothly and efficiently it’s unbelievable. I wish we had done this 2 years ago.Very reasonable prices and expert experienced service . I highly recommend them for all your like needs.Thanks .

We went to what we thought was a reputable company with a long history in Sudbury. The label with the size did not account for the frame. We now have a mirror that does not fit in the intended location. Due to a archaic rule we cannot return the mirror. Unfortunately I would not shop there again.

Took in a broken door with a shattered window. Darn those 70 km/he winds. They took care of it right away. The staff were great and gave me options to fix the door.Not my first time going in and won't be our families last time. Thank you!!

Paid $500 to have 4 leaky argon gas windows (Glass only) changed, This was fine, price was OK, and the guys were nice enough. 3 days later I notice the top window of one that the bottom had been changed 3 days earlier, was now leaking. I found this HIGHLY Coincidental.These are almost 20 year old windows,and it leaks within days of their visit??? BUT, I couldn't prove anything so didn't mention this when I called back expecting Only a Fair price to change the Now leaking window. I was quoted $300 BUCKS for ONE window. Hardly Fair I think, And Its smaller than any of the other ones changed. I called Tom and was told they needed to charge for sending the guy to measure??....Well,,He must make A Lot of money cause he was here less than 10 minutes. In the end,,Not impressed one bit,,went somewhere else and got a MUCH better price.
