The telephone sales personnel was initially helpful, but ultimately failed to deliver exactly what I was looking for despite what was discussed. Fortunately, the manager at Richmond Hill, T. Sukhedeo, was exemplary, understood what happened and remedied the situation. He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t rushing to get a quick sale. He was very reasonable and provided genuine, excellent service.

Absolutely Horrendous - I had previuosly given 5-stars. But they are now only worth negative 5. So here are the issues : 1) nobody ans the phone - every things is web based . But web doesnt have the options to choose service other than tire change. I needed inspection and repair of oil leak - 2) After making an appt ( thru tire change) I got there-he said he can't take me. I also needed new tires-& storage but he brushed me aside to serve another customer -in my booked slot!. 3) He was v poorly trained person who would not advise or accomodate an alterantive time & date --I had taken a whole day off just for this. I felt completely ignored and de-valued- I don't treat my customers this bad. Kal is suffering from its prev success - time to give your bzness to a competitior - my 2 cents !

Great experience purchasing and installing winter tires on my Tesla Model 3 here today. Great customer service, tires were changed over on the same rims in about 50 minutes which is much faster than I’ve had elsewhere, everything was done perfectly and they took great care of my vehicle.

Friendly and efficient service. The new tires were mounted and very well balanced for highway speeds, and the team took good care of my wheels.I've been to enough bad shops to know this is a very good one.

Great team at Yonge/Oxford in Richmond Hill. Very honest and never try to gouge you. Won’t push to doan alignment unless you need it. Just a pleasant overall experience dealing with them. Highly recommended.

I bought my winter tires from Kal tire. Apart from the expensive service, they simply did not do a balancing service because they COULDN'T finish on time they promised. when I asked to have the balancing on a later date since it was included with the service I bought, they said either I should give them extra time or I should sign the Service Complete" paper ( including balancing). They did not care when I said "I do not have extra time and I will be late for my work". So unreliable and unprofessional."

Would definitely recommend this place! I don’t know much about cars, but the manager was super friendly. They had explained everything that I needed to know and didn’t upsell me on any services. They are also pet friendly :)

Had my winter tires put on my existing rims on Nov.22 , after installed and driving 10 minutes had a loud pop come from the front tire. Resulting in a flat.Called Kal tire the next morning, no help in the form of getting my tire fixed. Gentleman deflected any troubleshooting on what could have went wrong, other than “you must have picked up a nail”. Stating it multiple times.Never offered to take a look at the tire and basically made it seem like we got your money, now your on your own.Manager/owner called just know to check in, but it was too late to be helpful.Last time I will trust a chain to change my tires. Lost customer here. Support your local mechanic.

I like it ,honest,good working mechanics, they keep to there schedule as best as they can , alot of walk in except them to drop everything for them, and they left upset! Too bad make an appointment like i did! and don't put it off to the last minute ! Be prepared people!Hmmm so after a few months have gone by , I have seen on you tube this scam of having a wheel alignment done at your expense for 100.00 , well my car just came off the Mazda lot and was well aligned off by very very, minute amount and almost impossible to make at that point perfect, but then some months passed by and i get a call saying I owe them 50.00 after paying cash outright on the spot! I think this will be my last visit there , i thought i would give a smaller businesses independent the money, and nope nothing has changed,will stick to Costco next year for my tires ! Be warned !
