One week before I was due to start renovations on my basement, water started leaking through the concrete and there were puddles everywhere! That's when a friend of mine recommended IFC and they did not disappoint. They were professional from the moment they walked in my front door to the minute they left. They assured me they could fix it and told me they could do it at a price less than their competitors .... and boy, did they deliver on their word! The work was done within a week and I did not have to delay my renovations one bit. I would recommend IFC to anyone with water leakage in their house that is caused by cracked concrete. Do not go to anyone else!

Had a great experience with IFC. Recently had a foundation that needed to be repaired. Dean + co. came to look at it and was able to fix it in no time. Incredible service, professionalism and camaraderie. They even call you after to check on you! Highly recommended, 10/10! Would recommend to all my friends & family.
