Don't even waste your time going to this store. They only let 1 person in at a time (supposedly) and tell you to wait in your car. Then they say they'll phone you in 16 minutes when it's your turn. I felt like I'd gone back in time to the beginning of COVID. Store closed at 8, no call. Needless to say i left. No wonder retail is dying, there's no customer service any more.

AJ is such a great sales person. Went into the store wanting to swap a sim and ended up getting my mom a phone lol. He was patient, calm, and explained everything in details. Thank you AJ for a great customer service. You are amazing.

The customer service reps at this location go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. They are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. My 17 year old was so impressed with the positive atmosphere she even said it would be a great place to work!

This Rogers location has been pretty decent. The couple times I have been in there, I just wanted to pick up an item pre-authorized over the phone, and I never had any problems with the staff. Sometimes the location is so quiet and dead that when you do go in looking for service, the agents might jump at you and force offers down your throat, but that's something that could happen at any location, so it's nothing against this one. Overall, it's a clean facility with great staff. Recommended.

Rogers is a necessary evil. They provide the only high speed Internet and phone options that work for my family, and they grossly overcharge for services and constantly do shady stuff on my bill and tell me that systems are down to avoid refunding me. However, just as a review of this store, the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. They've been great whenever I've needed to exchange or upgrade hardware. I've dealt with Mat several times and he always gets things done quickly, which I appreciate.

The staff at this location were extremely helpful after such a mess with a cancellation (no fault by them at all). Tylor, Matt and Jonathan were great and if it weren’t for the better rate I was getting from a different provider, I would of stayed with Rogers because of them alone. Shaquille was lovely to talk to as he helped set up my services. Even though I do work for another location, it's nice to see the same customer service I see from my store with another. And even though we ran into a problem, it was able to be fixed and everything was good to go! And even anyone does read these - the locked doors are not because of covid, it is for security and armed robbery prevention! Everyone's safer! But keeping rocking guys!
