Matthew and Liam did such a fantastic job with the plumbing of our house. They came early in the morning and worked diligently till evening. Very respectful and hard working people! Loved their service and would highly recommend.

Dustin and Aiden did a great job completing AC installation, part of a large installation of furnace, hot water tank and AC. Courteous, knowledgeable, quick and took time to explain all info needed to operate the install. Very pleased with their work.

Everything started with Matt doing a presales consultation with me and my wife. He went over the various options and made sure that we understood each of them well. As I do at work, I got multiple quotes. Theirs was not the cheapest one, nor the most expensive. In the end, it came down to their solution being the best fit for our needs. We went with AC, Furnace and WIFI Thermostat bundled together. Since the installation would take 2 days, Matt scheduled us for back-to-back days.Chad and Paul showed up on time and took the time to walk through installation options. Thorough, patient, and professional comes to mind with how the installation went. When there were questions or things they felt we should know these were dealt with quickly. Never felt left in the dark as to what was going on with the install or progress.Once the install was done, they took us through the document package left on the furnace. That was followed by a tutorial on how to work the new equipment.Very happy with the overall process and look forward to working with them in the future.

In the past week we have had excellent service from Rob's Albertan. All four employees we dealt with were knowledgeable and very personable. Tom came out to set up our A/C for the season. Meanwhile our water heater had started to leak so we asked him about repairs and replacement. Knowing that replacement was inevitable, Tom contacted a sales person and within two hours Simon was at our house. After our discussion with Simon we decided on a leased Navien on-demand water heater. The following Monday morning Matthew & Al were at our house to install the new water heater. Excellent service from a great team!

The team members are polite and provided great explanation on available choices of water heater installation. They are professional and did an excellent job on the whole process.

From the time we called that our furnace was out service was excellent. Unfortunately we had to replace they came in with heaters and explained that our unit was to old and cracked Manifold (showed us). Sales went very smooth again very knowledgeable. Install was excellent and cleanest that I have ever seen. The install team showed us how to set up new thermostat for a comfortable environment. The technician who came out to install my AC, Mike D., was very nice and professional. He is a credit to his company. I just wish they could have sent 2 technicians instead of the one (only sent one because other guy called in sick) so the install wouldn't have been an all day affair and I could have kept an appointment I made based on the original 4-6 hour time frame.

Rob’s Albertan sent Matt and Al to install our hot water on demand and water softener. They did a great job, very pleasant and thoughtful. Protected carpets, kept area clean and left the place clean when they were completed. Highly recommend the company.

Great service for our new Air conditioner, new furnace and new tankless water system. Great options for renting all equipment vs purchase upfront.The guys who came to install were a great crew who were all knowledge on all the products.Clean, efficient and professional.

Mike and Liam came out to install a new AC. They did a very high quality installation. I was amazed at the care they took with perfect tubing runs and made sure the house penetration was properly sealed and insulated. All of the furnace joints are well sealed and they took the time to go through everything in detail with me.Excellent technicians and they were also very friendly to my kids and pets.
