No problem, no issues, good customer service, last 2 walk ins I did was quick only like 10-20 mins which isn’t bad for walk in

I went to Dynamite this morning for blood work. They were fast & very friendly. Its not easy to get my veins & Ryan was excellent one poke & done, normally it takes people a few trys.

These employees need to have extra staff on hand . There are people willing to work just a few hours . Help would probably be appreciated on both ends .Thxs MS

I went in for a GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test) and they had me drink the glucose drink and wait an hour. Which I did while sitting there waiting patiently. Well when I received my text saying they were ready for me , I went to the counter and the lady said the timer still had 12 mins. After waiting another 12 mins, I went up and it's been an hour and a half at this point. The lady didn't check the timer properly and was actually over the time. They were unable to take my blood as it could affect my test results. So I ended up waiting for 2 hours (after I took a day off work for this test) to not get anything done and have to go back tomorrow early morning and do it again. 100% do not recommend.

I went today with my 15 year old daughter to have blood and urine done. I don't carry our health cards so they don't get lost. I have them as a photo on my phone and have used them this way for years. I even told the lady at the desk that the hospital accepts it this way. Her reply, we aren't the hospital." Even yesterday I had lab work done at a different lab for myself and they accepted my photo with no issues.Today they made us drive home and get the actual card. We returned and listened to a different lab tech asking the other co-workers loudly about

Most staff are great . Had a few who had no clue what they were doing when took in papers for test. Can never find things that are faxed in by my Dr. They say nope never recieved it .Very busy location. See staff at times standing around doing nothing or talking with another staff instead of working . But been going here since they moved from the corner of Hale and went to Hale for years . So close to me and use to the wait and mix ups. Love them all no matter what just trying to do their job .. most of them do a great job . Ty

i have notoriously small veins, and while the person doing my work had a few issues there, i was in and out within half an hour. blood work is hard, specific work and i had no issue. the phone lines don't get picked up but that seems to be a universal issue and isn't worth dropping a star <3

I came here for a COVID test for my kiddo. My kid was nervous but the staff here were outstanding. They were so friendly and really made the experience much better. On top of the amazing staff throughout our visit, we were in and out very promptly, and the facility is very clean.
