Boyuk Towing

My car recently broke down and I contacted Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance for a tow. Boyuk Towing arrived on scene to help and the service was incredible. I called for a tow at 3:51 PM and by 4:21 PM my car was on the flat bed and we were heading on our way. Our driver, Sukha, was extremely kind and knowledgable. He even agreed to drop my friend off at home, prior to bringing my car to the mechanics. I highly recommend Boyuk Towing and I thank them for their wonderful services they provide!! :)

I called initially asking if I could get help the next day removing my vehicle from the logging roads behind Capreol where I got stuck, and was told to call back the next morning. The next day I called three times, spread hours apart, and was told each time that I would be called back in a couple minutes. I never got a call back and it's been two days now since my initial phone call. The only information I got was that the driver may go half way there and decide not to tow my car, in which case I would still have to pay for the service that I didn't get. If someone had at least had the decency to call me back and say no, I could have found someone else to retrieve my vehicle before it got buried in snow and became much harder to tow out. Really disappointed with the level of customer service from this business.

Very pleased.. Was told it would be an hour before I saw someone and they beat their schedule... Was 35 minutes and they showed... Two experienced employees looked after the boat and trailer and life very quickly continued on...I am an extremely happy customer and will call Boyuk immediately if I ever run into issues again!Thanks again from the stranded boat and trailer driver!

My car was hooked up incorrectly by the driver. My rear coil spring was ripped out and my suspension ruined. The parts that I need are on back order with no ETA. This kind of damage isn't possible when my car was hit in the front. I would recommend going elsewhere where they know what they are doing. There wasn't an option of choosing 0 stars. This place is garbage.

Really helpful tow company. I crashed my car and the tow truck driver went way above and beyond to help me in a time when I needed it most. Thank you Boyuk!

Lol where do I start.Needed gas in a new car. Lady first told me 50 bucks gas included, it then jumped to 65 gas included. Waited 1.5 hours at least for a snot nosed driver to show up and state I owed 85 plus gas plus tax. Hr had a giant knife in his driver side door, clearly gave him all the confidence he needed to be ignorant and entitled.To the day I die, I'll forever tell everyone to never use this company.

Our 17 year old son needed a tire change at 7:30AM - he was on his way to school when the incident occured. We contacted Boyuk Towing and spoke with Brad. He is an outstanding employee and dispatched help which arrived promptly. Ryan responded and helped our son. When the job was completed, we received a phone call from our son, telling us how impressed he was to have been treated by such a professional! These are often stressful times for those involved. Having a caring staff like Brad and Brian goes a long way! We are very appreciative!

Very nice and friendly! Towed the car to desired place professionally. Trainer did his job well in training the new guy.

Would never recommend using this company. Rude and awful service (no service in fact). If I could give less than one star I would.
