We had the moss on our roof removed. The crew was quick, thorough and professional and left our yard spotlesss. We intend to use this service again and would easily recommend to others.

Highly recommend Victoria Moss Removal! Submitted a quote request online one evening, and received a call back the next morning to schedule the quote for the next day. The service was scheduled for 2.5 weeks later. A start time of 8:30-9:30 was provided for the service, and the team arrived at 8:30 on the dot. They did a great job of removing all the moss from the roof, spraying and cleaning the exterior windows. Nice knowing we don't have to worry about the moss for 2 years with the warranty.

They did their job for our strata and then wanted payment within a couple of days of finishing. Then after the moss re appeared and I call them in February to homer their warranty I get excuses and have been chasing them since then. This is now July and stiĺl Silas won't call back. I guess it's time to call BBB.

Sometimes you get what you pay for; however, this company takes pride in their work and have given us nothing but quality at an affordable price. I have used Victoria moss removal for 2 years now. The first year went well. They were quick to respond, provided me with an estimate, detailed what they would do and how, did a good job, and offered a competitive price. The second time around wasn't so great. I found the communication to be slow or unresponsive. It was a frustrating process from my end figuring out when they were going to show up. There were some issues with the job performed, which likely could have been alleviated with proper communication. They also told me they would follow up afterwards with a phone conversation and never did. Not sure what happened but not a great experience for me this year.
