KMC Is the best company I have ever had the opportunity to work at. They treated me with nothing but respect, Honesty, Transparency, and true dedication to the employees that work here. They gave excellent training and opportunity for growth. They are very understanding if you needed time off or were having family issues and truly do believe/practice family and your own well being comes first. I was never threatened with my job or pay or even yelled at for any mistakes i ever made. Instead, I was given patience and time to learn from my mistakes and taught how to better myself and my work quality. If you give them respect , You get respect, and overall my experience here was amazing and if I wasn't moving away for family reasons I would have worked here for the rest of my life without a doubt.
