My order was served wrong, which I get happens. But when I addressed the issue that that's not what I ordered the girl rolled her eyes, grabbed my drink and fixed it. Gave the right drink back to me but still didn't say a word. Very unprofessional. The attitude was very uncalled for

Gave this location another chance after already giving multiple chances. As much as I want to have something good to say, I don’t. I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 3:30pm, but it wasn’t ready until 3:45pm. Normally I would give a little slack, but it was not very busy, and the three girls working were taking their sweet old time. There was no rush in their attitude at all. One of my drinks was ready right away and sat until my other drink was ready, wasn’t very impressed. They started handing out cookies to other people that were waiting a long time, but everyone in there had been waiting a long time and not everyone got one. That was unfair. Then when I got my iced caramel macchiato, there was no caramel on it, and there was whipped cream, but I didn’t order anything close to whip cream. They are so careless at this location. Not cool. Not going to be back.

I recently visited Starbucks and was greeted by a very welcoming staff member with a big smile. The person behind the counter was extremely kind and helpful, answering all of my questions and even making recommendations for drinks. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and I left feeling very satisfied with my experience

Just went to this location, ordered a cold beverage. Was helped by Ben and Johnathan- I am hard of hearing (communicate by signing) and they both were very patient reading the order off my phone and speaking basic sign to me while my order was being made. Have had a lot of challenges with restaurants not being understood, but will definitely come back again.

Super convenient location inside Devonshire mall. The staff is fun and easy going serving delicious coffees. I visited Starbucks twice combining my visit to Indigo which is a Canadian bookstore in the mall. The area is very clean and even if there are longer lines on the weekend, the line keeps moving. Helpful to have a spot to stop and buy refreshers and drinks on a hot day in summer.

Prices are high but I love their lattes. Makes a good treat when I've done alot. Staff is always friendly.
