I had a great experience with Atlas. They delivered on everything they set out to do, and I’m happy with the product. Our new retaining wall is now built to last.

Albers Design is an architectural and interior design firm. We construct most of your own projects. We specified helical pier foundations for an addition, screened porch and deck and recommended our client contract with Atlas to install the 8 footings. Total time on site was 5 1/2 hours. No damage to turf, sprinkler system or piles of dirt. Photos are 2 days after install.

We had a very small project done however we were told that they would use a machine and poor and raise up the hole we had in our. Garage floor but also the side of the house we also were told the foam that the old owners used would’ve completely cleaned out which it was not just filled with a cheap cement I could have done a better job and this is my first house however we wanted to make sure it was done right!! They charged an outrageous amount then didn’t respond when I was still upset from the work a week later. Mike finally did respond but at that point I did not want anything to do with them I no longer trusted them or there work and it still makes me upset to this day that I trusted them. Horrible I would not recommend them especially for a bigger project I would never trust them. I recommend a lot of people and this is one I would never recommend to anyone.

I had a rep out to evaluate an issue with a support pier in my crawl space. Turns out they would not be able to help with the project, something I suspect they knew with-in the first minute. Despite that, the rep still evaluate the structure and issue and was able to provide his opinion and some valued advice. Based on this customer relation experience, I would happily recommend them as company that seems to care about their clients, even it it turns out I did not engage them for my project.

Excellent experience with Atlas for an emergency foundation problem. Replaced faulty supports for sunroom and added helical piles for new deck in a very difficult location. Took care to avoid damage to existing landscape, lawn, and concrete slab. All employees were professional, highly skilled, great to work with.

They went above and beyond with this job. Located a water line safely - excavated, set pillars, and raise the house in a day and a half. The beyond part was mixing concrete for me and assisting in application. The placed fill back in and left the landscape in better shape than they found it. They were excellent to work with.

Atlas installed a helical pier system at our cabin to address a sever foundation problem due to springs on our lot. They proposed a simple solution that worked great and has been in place for 5 years now. The quality of work was outstanding and the process left very little impact to my yard.They came out to look at the job and provided a proposal. A foreman then came out the day before work began to check out the site and told me the work would take a little less time than they originally estimated because of some prep work I did in advance. When the job was completed, Atlas adjusted the bill accordingly and reduced the price. I was pleased with the integrity of the company and highly recommend them to anyone.

Atlas Foundation has rebuilt all of our cart path bridges on the The Legacy Courses at Craguns. The Atlas team does very fast and efficient work. One of the easiest contractors to work with to get the job done.

Before we purchased our 20-year-old home in Washington County, the Atlas folks came out and gave us a price on completely replacing the foundation under a large suspended porch; the stability of this porch had become badly compromised by a damaged drainage system from the house itself. After our sale was closed, they came back out to our home with some heavy machinery, removed the old posts and footings, and put in a major pier system to support the porch. Windows that couldn't be easily opened prior to the work are now in square and fully functional.. The Atlas people did the work in a timely fashion and they charged exactly the sum they had earlier quoted to us (a very reasonable amount). We cannot recommended them enough!!!!

Our 1925 home had cracks in two basement walls. Over a span of 20 years, we had many contractors come out to assess the condition of the walls and our foundation. Each time, the contractors told us (in their own curious ways) that they weren't interested.When it was time to sell our home, we had a short timetable and needed prompt action. A friend in Minnesota's State Historic Preservation Office put us in contact with an outside preservation engineer, who told us our best option is Atlas Foundation Co. They're foundation experts, respected across North America – including among those responsible for historic preservation. Looking at the huge projects on their website, I couldn't imagine they'd even talk to me.Atlas' president returned my call quickly, laid out a game plan, and rearranged a schedule to complete the work quickly. When his crew supervisor arrived, they probed the foundation, took detailed measurements, and realized that the foundation itself was solid and level; only tuck pointing was needed (big relief). Mike called his preferred concrete and masonry contractor, who was able to complete the work in time for our home sale.Atlas Foundation Company earns respect for difficult projects ✅, they gave me straight answers ✅, they stuck to my needs and constraints ✅, and connected me to another contractor to complete the tuck pointing ✅. That checks all my boxes.
