Pretty sad when you Waite 3 months to have job done. Yet they are up at value village the next day fixing the glass. Then push you off for another week. I'd find someone else if you need a job done on time. Sorry doesn't cut it after this long.

My 84 year old mother in law purchased glass doors with the built in blinds 2 years ago and paid $3600. They have never worked properly and she has been waiting for them to be replaced. After multiple phone calls and service calls, nothing has worked properly and she is still waiting!!! She is losing her patience and is too polite to get mad. She really should get her money back, enough is enough.

We had a tech come out to take a look at our window. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We had a conversation, he made a plan and said a quote would be forthcoming.A few days later the office emailed back, accusing us of refusing a new sealed pane and that there was nothing they could do for us at all. We never refused to have a new sealed pane installed. I had only mentioned we wanted to avoid replacing it frame and all *if we could* and the tech said that if necessary, they could replace just the sealed pane, but he also said he didn't think it was necessary.Her e-mail was completely contradictory to the conversation I had with the tech and I still haven't heard back from them to correct the situation. Won't be contacting this business again for any future work, and all of our windows need work.

Oh hell yeah these guys rock!, some guy tried braking in my truck and i needed windows replaced front and passenger, they replaced both and did a very good job i actually had to roll down the window to see if it was there after, the staff are good guys and they make it happen. I can't say for sure on price as insurance covered it but workmanship was fantastic. And then on top of just glass they washed my vehicle too, very happy with the service!

I understand that shipping is backlogged. That’s why I was patient enough to wait for three months to have them send me an email requesting 50% of the quoted cost upfront. I understand all of that. When I asked what the timeline would be after I gave them the 50%. There was zero care for my situation. I waited three months for them to tell me they don’t care and go away. Do not use this business. We are all understaffed. But we don’t all treat our customers like we don’t care about them .

Very disappointed with this business, hired them to come in and tell me what needed to happen in order to fix a commercial aluminum/glass door combo that was rubbing on the frame.The quoting representative came in and quoted the fixture of the door as a glass re-install, trueing of door frame and finally a replacement of door hinges quote.He was queried if this would fix the door to which his reply was yes, I approved the quote and the work commenced.That is where things started to fall apart, when the installers came in they said they trued the frame and installed the glass, but did not replace the hinges and they quoted They don't make 4 inch square commercial hinges anymore" so they re-installed the door with the old hinges which were shot and tweeked it so that it would not touch the frame.Proceeded to request payment on the account and basically stipulated that the door was not fixable.Well that would have been useful information before they quoted to fix the door with no reservations.I searched on the net and found the commercial hinges easy enough

Her work is of great quality, very professional and friendly, which was nice to see nowadays:) very tidy…just really really good at what she does. My husband and myself were so happy!!!
