poor service - lifetime warranty on hardware are the windows that I have and they do not call or email you with updates when you need the required parts to be fixed - it has been 6 months thus far and no communication from the service department after constant emails and follow up calls

Very happy with my windows and custom door everyone stops and admires it.

I see my first negative review has been deleted about the terrible installation. Long story short, our installer swung at one of our old windows with a crowbar because it wouldn't come out properly. The glass shattered, and a piece of glass sliced his arm open. He bled all over our house. Best part, Landmark didn't refund us the cleanup costs. The installer then asked us for payment when half of the windows weren't even installed yet. Then he asked if we wouldn't mind if he finished up the following week so he could heal - we had a 4'x6' window opening with no window in it at the time!Well, after a year of the new windows, we now have two windows starting to develop a leak. Don't listen to the reviews on their website, this company is terrible. Their employees even talk negatively about this company.

Very happy with Landmark , our new windows look fantastic. I really want to commend Rob the installer, he was very good explaining to me exactly what he was doing through the whole installation. He was very respectful of our home. I also want to thank Sandra who was our contact at their office, very good customer service.

Chris & Rodney our installers were great, respectful and accommodating while hear in our home. Very clean working conditions, all material removed leaving use with minor dusting All this in spite it was the two coldest days in December.Great windows first thing we noticed was the level of street noise dropped significantly. Looking forward to the heat savings. Our furnace defiantly does not get used as much. Only area that would have made our experience very positive is more communications with head office account cooridinator. I would recommend if considering a window upgrade consider Landmark Home Solutions

Landmark did all of our doors and windows in our new home and they did a fantastic job. It's a Heritage home so they had to make them exactly the same as the ones coming out. Steven and Rob were great to work with and very professional. The installers were amazing, clean, tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Landmark replaced four of my doors. I was happy with the quality of all the doors and three of the installs. However, on one of the doors, they removed the support holding the bricks above the door. Now, not only is the door is difficult to close, the bricks are starting to crack above the door. I called the service department and they told me no where in my contract did it say to restructure my entire wall. There is nothing wrong with the rest of the bricks or the wall. Just the ones above the door after they replaced it. I can actually push on the door jamb, and move the bricks up and down. After trying to explain the situation several times to him, he just kept repeating himself, and I got nowhere. Buy the doors, but find someone a little more professional to install them. Expected a little more out of such a large company.
