I have used Pak N' Ship Xpress for the better part of a decade now. I live overseas,and sometimes find it necessary to have a US business ship purchased goods to my private mail box, and then have Pak N' Ship reship the items to me overseas.In all that time, I have never had any problem at all. I highly recommend them.

A few weeks ago I showed up at this store with an old sewing machine, glass front jewelry box, and other boxes of stuff. I needed all of this shipped home to myself.The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my items made it home to me safely. It did.Job well done!

This place is fantastic! I've ordered many packages to Pak N' Ship, and they always notify vie email immediately after my packages arrive. A great place to ship your packages to if you're from Sault Ontario!

Have used their service for several years. Used to have a mailbox as well but we didn't order enough to make it worth while. Had one issue and the manager handled it with professionalism and respect.Thanks

I'm a Canadian with a mailbox at Paknship that I've maintained for about 20 years now. In all that time I've always found the staff to be friendly and courteous. The mailbox helps me obtain many items via Ebay/Amazon/other sellers that can't be easily obtained in Canada and also saves me a bit on some magazine subscriptions; Worth the yearly box rental fee. During the Covid border closure this past year, it's a bit harder to get packages, but luckily I have a neighbour that is an essential worker that is able to drop in and pick stuff up about once a month.

The people who work here are totally helpful. I had to send an important document to someone in Costa Rica & it needed to get there quickly. John showed me all of the options & walked me through every step of the way. He also made himself available when I had questions about tracking. I just cannot say enough about how helpful he was when I was feeling stressed about this document. Once the package made it to Costa Rica (in just 2days) there were a few delays because the mail system there isn’t like ours. So I called the store & received good advice again, this time from Brian. Oh, I can’t forget Wilson - he’s the friendly pup who’s willing to greet everyone who comes through the door. If you’re stressed Wilson really helps you smile! The vibe in this business is professional AND friendly! I appreciate the whole experience.

Had to file a claim with UPS. UPS claims they sent payment in September and I haven't received payment. Pak n Ship has stolen it.

Worst shipping business. I had Christmas gifts shipped to Pak N Ship and they were closed at 11:00 am in Dec. 22nd to accept deliveries. They were also closed on Dec. 26th at 11:00 am when I went to pick the items up. Their website and sign in front of store both said they were to be open. Ship to a reliable business and avoid Pak N Ship.
