First time having an inspection done and I thought it was very thorough and informative. Jessie didn't just give me a bunch of papers, she showed me everything she found and gave me tips on how to handle it all. I was very overwhelmed at first, but she talked me thru it all and made me feel alot better. She was great. Would highly recommend her.

Janek at FXC Inspections has been one of my main go-to guys for a few years now. Always punctual and efficient; his use of drone and video, followed up by a very thorough report and detailed synopsis at the end of every inspection has really helped me help my buyers. I also love that he can take items he finds during inspection and really explain in detail without scaring clients, explaining how to maintain or repair things in layman's terms. He also is willing to drive a lot further to handle rural inspections than some other inspectors, which is very important for my acreage sales.
