This place is to be avoided at all costs, the staff here is rude, talks in a demeaning manner, don't waste your money where you're being talked to as though you were a kid! There are several other places where you can get not only great service for your car but feel valued as a customer!

I have been doing my oil change on my car at this location ever since I bought my car. They are the only people who touched my car. All these years I was happy until one day one worker stripped the plug of my oil pan. All I heard from them '' Ta plug a scrap...on va te mettre un oversize plug''. Not even one word of sorry or this is unfortunate...nothing. When I asked them why didn't you use a torque wrench they didnt know what it meant. They got irritated how I was asking question on how this happenned and all I got was a typical reply from an irritated Quebecor as if the Sun revolve around his brain. He was more irritated than I was because I dared telling them they were in the wrong since they are the only poeple who touched my car and this would never had happened if they only use a torque wrench or not tightening the plug as if it was going to the moon. So overall I give them 0/10 for their lack of courtesy and lack of professionalism.

They changed my oil and then I came back to put more in it cause my car was leaking and the lady who was there explain me everything I had to do ! They give me a name of a good garage to go to. I had a wonderful service .
