Century Daycare

Staff are amazing! This Center has polite and professional workers. I would recommend this center to anyone. Great atmosphere for children an Parents.

I’ve had my daughter at century since she was 4 months old. We had a couple communication issues at first but once I brought them to the directors attention she was respectful, helpful, and understanding. We managed to get everything sorted out promptly and professionally and ever since then the daycare has been absolutely outstanding! They treat my daughter very well and do everything in their power to ensure we are happy, comfortable, and welcomed. They are very reliable. They do close sometimes due to outbreak and staff being sick which I completely understand because they are human too and get sick just like my daughter does. They are very careful about spreading bugs and do everything in their power to prevent illnesses from getting around to protect my child. I am very happy with the care my daughter is being provided with. I’m so happy she can go to a place where she feels safe and I feel she is safe and make friends, learn, and explore. She has created such a bond with some of the staff working there. My daughter is now over a year old and still attending century daycare. I have to give a shout-out to the ladies who work in the infant room as they are amazing with her. We always get greeted with a smile. This is a very long review but I just want to say how much I really appreciate the daycare and everything they do for my family. ❤️

For working parents this daycare is completely unreliable Tney close and don't inform parents until 9pm at night. Whether it be staffing or organization I do not recommend this daycare at all

Kids have loved it here since they joined. Staff are awesome and I know that my kids are in safe hands. I love that they emphasize exploration rather than having a set in stone program - my boys are into totally different things and always come home having learned something new.

Some of the afternoon staff were ok but the rest were completely unprofessional. They didn’t work on potty training. They refused to feed my son salmon cakes because they were “cookies”. They have taken it upon themselves to designate the other parent as primary guardian, even though I have primary custody of my son. I was not given any incident reports but yet my son was terminated from daycare and they have neglected to inform me of his termination. I have not received any crafts during the time my son went to Century Daycare. Children were not comforted when upset, instead they were left to cry it out. Terrible experience at this daycare and would not recommend it to anyone.

I would not recommend this childcare!Unprofessionalism and chaos were at first place everyday!Free play was the only activity for toddlers, like chickens!My kid was frustrated and unhappy at the end of the day and did not want to go in the morning! The kids were left to do whatever and run in circle the whole day, this was leading to biting, hitting and scratching and nobody had an explanation on what and how the incidents happened! Potty training and clean were foreign and unexplored territories for everybody! Out of the many educators, probably one or 2 knew what they were doing but at the end of the day they were eaten from the chaos as well. A couple were very young and had no idea of the job: the day my kid had 4 incidents (potty) the young ignorant girl told me that they were taking the kids to the bathroom every 15 minutes!!! Every 15 minutes? Do you go to the bathroom every 15 minutes?? And still my kid somehow managed to pee himself in between those 15 minutes for 4 times!!! Considering that my kid goes to the bathroom evry 1.5 hrs and has no incidents at home, we took him in at 9:00 am , he slept from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm and I picked him up at 4:00 pm...that leaves 3 hrs in the morning and 1.5 hrs in the afternoon and he managed to pee himself 4 times!!! That makes me think that he did not see the bathroom that day at all!! The manager is as incompetent and unprofessional as the people she hires! She has no customer service skills or childcare skills.Please stay away from them!

First some of the 5 star reveiws are from friends or ex workers from Century cause i honestly didnt understand why it was so high until i started noticing who was reveiwing. They were not honest with parents when they had a lice infestaition, lots of negative staff they act more like clicky high schooler then professional childcare providers. Whenever there was any issues the director would say they would fix problems or agree there was a probelm but never follow thru. Very sad that the owner doesnt care what goes on with the staff and the director. My kids were happy in the beginning but i had to drag them there in the end. Very sad

Daughter has been going to century for 2.5 years, staff are great and the day is full of activities. Daughter has developed great social skills and has a blast there.
