The UPS Store

We took my son's US passport photo at this store, and it was a very great experience for us. The store staff were very patient, helped my son to relax, and willing to take time to retake photos for many times until get the correct one. Recommend parents who have young kids to come to this store to take photo!

Used this store many many times and always had great service. They are incredibly friendly, kind and eager to help. Highly recommend!

I've had to unfortunately send this store some fairly last minute orders that were complex in nature, each time they have come through and showed a good resourceful nature. Very polite and promptly listening to the details is something you don't always find with print sales people, these guys have the patience you need to do something correctly. Very impressed thus far all around by this location, nice people, seem to care, reasonable pricing and transparent terms.

Although I was initially very pleased when I first visited this location, when a problem subsequently arose, the staff was anything but helpful. Despite numerous calls and emails, no one made an effort to get my package to me. I was unable to get anywhere with my tracking number, so I kept calling for answers. Now, two weeks later, I'm still trying to get the problem resolved. Anyone can shine when things are going well. People show their true colors when they encounter adversity. For this reason I believe Hasan to be a terrible owner/manager and would never use this facility again.

I walked in last week to ship off a package and the owner Hasan was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The girl working at the front was trying her best to help me and Hasan was being rude to ONE OF HIS employees. Never coming back to this UPS.

I am sad to read about the comments on poor performance of this place. Maybe the owner is recently changed or there are new employees working here?My experience was with Adnan (hope it’s correct spelling). I had a pretty detailed work that need to be done with skill and attention. There were about 50/60 small photo prints that needed to be quite specifically trimmed.Adnan was pleasant, patient and understanding of my request, despite me being overly anxious. I got there 10min to closing but he did my job in a perfect way. I hope more and more people get to have pleasant and supportive experience at this place. Adnan, in my experience, deserves this compliment and positive energy. Keep up the great attitude.

I shipped a package through this UPS store back in June and the package went missing and the management of the store will not accept responsibility and keeps trying to pass it off onto another company who never picked up the package due to it being lost inside this location and now the management refuses to even call me back or deal with the situation and I feel this is disgusting service from a UPS location that is supposed to be professionals in the business of shipping packages! If you want to ship something go somewhere else because this location is not a professional location and by no means takes any responsibility for lost packages! Good luck to you if you use them! Just updating this I have now contacted ups directly and they have informed me that they are in no way going to help me with the situation and if the owner of the store decides to just ignore me then I'm beat for what I lost! Ups in my opinion is a joke for customer service!!!

I was at this store recently and had a wonderful experience thanks to Hussain Adnan. He provided creative solutions for my design needs and delivered high quality work. Would highly recommend people to go to this store.

I would never deal with anyone else! I use this UPS spot regularly and I just feel the utmost confidence, pleasant people, efficient and caring. Recently had a very difficult situation getting passport photos taken for my wee grandchild and the patience shown, the service was beyond amazing! if you ever need help with mailing, passport photos or anything associated with UPS, you just MUST use this location. You will never be disappointed... Guaranteed!!!
