I actually like coming to this place. Its very central Hamilton, in the perfect location! I appreciate that staff being very kind and accomodating offering suggestions, and taking the time to help any and everyone. Gong Cha always has new ideas for drinks which they are mostly amazing. Appreciate you guys for your amazing service and product.

My daughter and I ordered two bubble teas. I ordered a classic while she ordered a flavoured one. Both with tapioca pearls which are half cooked. It was hard and extra chewy! The place was beautiful and very clean though. Sadly, I don't intend to come back.

I prefer this bubble tea over the competitors. The toppings are amazing esp lychee and mango jelly. Ive only tried their smoothie (mango, lychee, taro, honeydew) all are delicious and 10/10

Had the oolong brown sugar milk tea.Was kind of weird in taste. Maybe should try their fruit flavour for better experience.

Friendly service. Bubble waffle in pearl flavour very tasty. Crispy on outside n soft inside. Lots of tapioca inside. Also ordered the Original croffle. It’s ok, very crispy n tasted burnt.

Saw the reviews for this place and was in the area so had to stop by. They deserve every 5 star review they have! I've dabbled in quite a bit of bubble tea over the years and this was a top contender. The tapioca is the perfect texture and is delicious. Love that you can choose the sweetness & ice levels for your drink. They have so many options and flavours on their menu, I will definitely be back to try some more. Very clean inside and helpful & friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The worker that took my order was extremely nice and helped alot since it was our first time there. The store is pretty small so there isnt much space or privacy to sit and chat. It is what it is. Theres 2 small tables but it's more just a walkin then out place. We got waffles and they were awesome, the bbt though was extremely sweet despite ordering it at very low sugar level. Too overpowering. I'm not sure if someone messed up or.. if all their drinks are like this.. but i couldn't finish it. Definitely ruined part of the experience for me as I tasted my friends drinks and the levels definitely varied despite being very similar drinks with the same sugar level.

Gong cha is my favourite bubble tea place in Hamilton. They have an insane amount of options and different flavours, that you’re sure to find a favourite for everyone. The quality is consistently delicious, and the staff is great! Super yummy good quality bubble tea.

One of the best boba places around (and I've tried alot )! They have so many different flavors for any mood and taste! Haven't found a drink I didn't like there yet
