I have been dealing with chronic car issues these past couple of years (seal coming off around the windshield of my Toyota RAV 4). The previous autoglass repair shop failed to fix this issue twice, when they were the once who caused the problem to begin with. I grew frustrated and recently, I randomly stopped by the Carstar collision & glass service shop on Emerson Street. I was greeted by friendly attentive staff, who made it clear I was going to be taken care of, and they would try their best to see me leave as a satisfied customer. I felt heard, like I mattered. Within minutes, the owner of the shop and his staff took care of the car and the problem, at no cost. Repairs were done in a timely fashion with a friendly & professional approach. I would totally return to this shop and trust their work, should my car need other repairs in the future. Installed parts poorly/not at all.Claims adjuster promised to have everything discussed completed, but upon pick up, there were multiple things missed. Offered no solution and went back on his word of what was agreed to be done.Yes men that just want you in the door so they can overcharge icbc and hang you out to dry.There's a wait time everywhere, but trust me, don't go here if you value your vehicle.

I recently moved from Quebec to Abbotsford. In QC it's not required to have a front license plate. So I went to this body shop to have it installed. A very nice gentleman kindly guided me to chevy dealership to buy a plastic adjustment first. After I bought it and came back, it took about 15 minutes for them to install it in the front of my car. When I asked the gentleman how much do I owe you, he responded: Nothing

They tried to rob me! I had a chip on the windshield which falls under my comprehensive icbc claims and should be fully covered. Yet he insisted i was wrong and billed me 89$. We had to get ICBC on the phone to confirm that it’s fully covered and free of charge for me. Long story short he let me go but i must say they did good job fixing the glass. Know your insurance before going there! Guy was nice enough at the end.Update: the chip expanded couple of weeks later and now i have to replace the whole windshield.

Spectacular service! Maximum Collision has the kindest and most friendly staff, and I received excellent communication throughout the repair. Completely satisfied the work done and the length of repair time. This is the only place I will take my car. Thank you again for the wonderful service!!
