Me and my partner have worked with 4 Pilate instructors in the studio and they are all great! We recently have been working with Susana the most and she’s awesome!!! Instructors have different styles of teaching but all engaging and lots of fun. We have started our second 10 packs and most likely we will keep coming back. Highly recommend!

ALIGN has an amazing team of pilates instructors, I most regularly see Susana. She is so attentive and will tailor the session based on how you’re feeling that day. I have also seen Britta and Olga, and have had great experiences. Highly recommend if you are new to pilates :)

I have been having pilates sessions here at ALIGN with Susana, and it's been amazing. She is a very patient and knowledgeable instructor, she guides me through each movement to gain strength in targeted muscles,while improving my general posture.I felt very quickly confident with her and she makes every session fun but also productive.

I'm new to Pilates and Align came highly recommended, specifically Olga, who has been the greatest part of my Pilates journey so far. Olga is incredibly knowledgeable and her methods have totally inspired me to continue pursuing, especially when that little voice in my head tries to convince me otherwise. She is sensitive and compassionate, yet strong willed and determined to support me and my challenges. I have been seeing Brita for pilates and she is GREAT!After years of back pain and a very painful shoulder I am feeling hugely better within just a couple of months!Brita is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, bright and fun to work with.I would recommend everyone to Brita for pilates for their posture, aches and pains. I saw benefit within just a couple of sessions and look forward to using all Britas insights to help me for the rest of my life.Many people dont realise they can get sessions on their health benefits, just call them and find out how :)

I’ve had really great experience working with three instructors at the studio. They are all very knowledgeable and attentive! And Pilates definitely helped me recover from lower back/neck pains more quickly. I started with Brita and Maya, and I recently have been working with Susana mostly because of the class schedules. Susana is an amazing instructor. I always appreciate her feedback and knowledge in making sure I perform each movement correctly. I’d high recommend the studio to anyone who wants to try Pilates!

Lots of appreciation and admiration for how well Brita and team run their business. They really took the time to imagine their patient's experience every step of the way and intentionally designed it to be of exceptional quality. The interior looks welcoming and stylish, and everyone I met there was welcoming and kind. Prompt communication and support for any issues/questions. Special kudos to my physio therapist Luke for providing extensive recommendations and support for my recovery, and to Heather - my clinical pilates instructor - for helping me get back into exercising after months of excruciating pain. Just 5 session with her did wonders for my leg and back. Thank you all so much! I will be recommending this clinic to my contacts.

My husband and I have been working with Heather and can't say enough positive things. She's very knowledgable about the body and has really helped us with our body alignment and to build strength. Each session is tailored to us and our needs and she's always right beside us ensuring we're doing the movements correctly. She's also a positive, and fun person to be around. Would 100% recommend Align Pilates and sessions with Heather.

I work in clinical rehabilitation, and I have to say Heather Bains hit every aspect of creating and initiating therapeutic rapport and relationship.I want to express how happy and relieved I was after my first session. Heather made me feel safe, heard, and validated. She created a space in which I felt I could be honest in sharing information about my health (both past and present) and genuinely trust my clinician to support and guide me through this process. She met me where I am at! and that is not an easy skill to master. I look forward to continuing to work with her and highly recommend her to anyone starting out.

I have been working 1 on 1 with Brita for 6 months now and it has been exactly what I needed to improve my fitness regimen. Pilates is an AMAZING and CHALLENGING low impact form of strengthening for anybody, no matter what level of fitness, or if rehabilitating your body back post injury. Brita is exceptional with using verbal cues for form correction throughout the session to ensure I am performing each movement as optimally as I can and is also quick to notice when adjustments to difficulty level or an alternative movement is needed, she's always ready with one. What I love most about 1 on 1 sessions is her focus on my movement with manual form correction through each movement because sometimes what I think I'm doing versus what she is seeing are not the same! Overall I feel stronger, more aligned and much more balanced within my body. Thanks Brita! You're the best.
