Sparmax , is one of the best well rounded gyms in Quebec. I was amazed to see how active and present they are within the MMA sport. All the teachers and I mean all are incredibly gifted to teach, shout out to Ajarn Norm and his team. We are very fortunate to have a MMA academy like Sparmax on the North Shore.

Sparmax is truly the best martial arts gym out there! I’ve trained with them for two years in boxing. I mainly took private classes, but also partook in group classes. The instructors are all extremely knowledgable and know how to personalize each training session to your goals and needs. You have the possibility to use the equipment (such as gloves and headgear) in the gym, so that when you’re starting out, you don’t have to immediately commit to buying gear. I would 100% recommend for all ages, men, women, and children.

I've been training at Sparmax for almost 7 years now. I started doing muay thai for a bit under a year than I switched to boxing.In either case, the quality of the training there is stellar and there's room for everyone:People who are looking to learn martial arts for recreational purposes: if you're a beginner, the teachers will take takes the time that is required to get up to speed while following your pace ;People who want to learn in order to compete: all boxers at Sparmax have winning records and this has been the case consistently throughout time;More seasoned practitioners simply looking to keep their tools sharp;I recommended this school to anyone interested in learn more about martial arts.

Great Place! The trainers are very knowledgeable and adapt to all kinds of athletic levels including beginners, intermediate, and elite levels. Very clean place and great energy.

Clean gym well lit with great equipment and facilities. Learn at your own pace. The more you go the better you get and the better you look and feel. Family run gym coaching you to become your best. 5 stars easy.

Kevin did a great job of teaching me the boxing basics. Really friendly environment... no big egos. Really good at adapting the training to make sure that all levels are enjoying their experience. Highly recommend!
