I visited this branch today and found the employees very friendly and informed. My transaction was handled in a professional and swift manner. The security was following covid protocol. I left informed and had a pleasant and positive experience. Many thanks.

Wouldn't it be nice if the website said you were closed for lunch before I wasted my lunch hour coming there. It's a government site, can the employees please get it together???

Update your information. I got all of my passport application papers in order. I went to this location only to find empty lines. They have room to process 10 applications at a time but nobody is there. As a tax payer I'm disgusted but not surprised. Close this place down at the very list update your info.

The worst run around ever--to get my own money! They should close the staff are unable to help you with anything--instead they direct you to a phone number that hangs up before it rings; or a website that wants PINs never sent to me

Don’t forget your DL on the photo copier. After I left they put my Drivers licence in a drawer and did not bother to call me and let me know it was there. Had to get a replacement DL of course all taking time and money. Went back to service Canada to complete my application with my new DL and guess what they pulled out my original DL and said they are not allowed to contact me to let me know they had it the entire time. So now I have 2 driver’s licenses. Your not allowed to have 2 but they don’t care they only care about not breaking this rule they said they have about not contacting you. They let me walk out with both DL’s.Why do we have to pay for this kind of pathetic power tripping service. This was a couple of years ago but in light of the current sabotaging of peoples lives I just wanted to share that they have been pulling this type of behaviour for sometime. It’s obviously a culture they embrace. Shut them down!
