Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Came to grab some gas. I needed assistance as my points card wasn't working and there was nobody inside the petro canada. The front door was locked. There were other people there also waiting for someone to come back. They were also very frustrated. I waited 15mins, nobody showed. I went to shell.

I'd great experience with this Car Wash service in CANADA. They were really awesome and were beyond my expectations. They delivered very exceptional results that left me thoroughly impressed.

This car wash damaged the passenger side mirror on my new car. My car was in perfect condition before using this car wash. The car wash hit my mirror very hard 2 times causing the mirror to rotate back and forth and scraping the mirror. I folded the mirror in before entering the car wash to avoid any problems like this but the car wash still damaged my vehicle. I contacted Petro Canada customer service and was told that each gas station has their own insurance and maintains their own car washes and that the gas station would do their own investigation and get back to me with a response within 2-3 business days. Petro Canada Customer Service contacted me back saying that the gas station did their investigation and concluded that their car wash did not damage my vehicle. I am 100% sure this car wash damaged my vehicle and I watched the wash roughly contact the mirror in front of my eyes 2 times which damaged the mirror. My car had no damage before entering this car wash. Petro Canada should own up to their car wash damaging my vehicle and fix it through their insurance, however they refuse to do the right thing for their customers. I will never buy wash and go cards or season passes from Petro Canada again and I am extremely disappointed with this experience. STAY AWAY FROM ANY PETRO CANADA CAR WASHES THAT ARE NOT TOUCHLESS ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! It will damage your car and they will lie and refuse to fix it when it does.

Car wash is out of order often. Disappointing to drive all the way only to find it closed. The Petro Canada app was a nightmare to work as well, it has become better in recent weeks. Getting to explain to the staff that the app wasnt working was another waste of a good 15-20 mins before they'd give you a coupon for the wash. The only positive thing about the carwash is there is quite a distance between final rinse and the blow dryers... so the excess water has time to drip off before the blow dry cycle. This is one of the only car washes i've seen with this nice gap so the car dries better.

Horrible car wash. Left soap all over the back. Went inside and told the staff. They gave me a rewash ticket. I went through the cash wash for a second time. And the same thing happened again. So I went back inside and told the staff again. They apologized, gave me another rewash ticket, and then told me to try another location.Also looks like there's a bunch of fake 5 star reviews for the car wash

They're truly best car washing services provider in Canada.Which really know how to deal with customer. Highly recommend their car washing services to my other fellows in need !!!
