I have bought furniture from Penwood in Morriston for 5 years. They help me outfit my whole home and now we are working on outfitting my cottage. Joel is amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. Never pushy. They quality is impeccable and professional. Knowing that the products are made locally only makes you feel good that you are supporting local small businesses. I would not go anywhere else.

10/10 experience! Highly recommend. Went in on two different occasions. First time, just to browse- lots of floor models for viewing. Joel was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and the versatility of the products offered was truly amazing. Second time- purchased a bedframe! Confident in the product lasting basically forever and that's backed by their lifetime guarantee. Can't wait for our order to be finished and in our home.

Absolutely fantastic experience!! We’ve been looking for a new dining table for months and after going to several different stores we were so happy when we came to Penwood. We were looking for a dining table, chairs, TV stand, coffee table and end tables. Because our two rooms flow into one another, we wanted things to matchup. So after weeks of frustrating search's (overpriced, miss matched, low quality junk), we decide to go to Penwood Hand Crafted Furniture in Morriston to check out custom made furniture. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Joel was easy to talk with and gave us some great advise on colour and style. If we didn't like the size, colour or wanted to add or remove something, its not a problem to change. The price in total was less than we would have paid elsewhere and the quality is way better. We won't receive our furniture for three months yet but everything I saw in the showroom looked and felt amazing. My wife and I were there less than two hours and I it was without doubt the least stressful furniture shopping experience I've had in weeks. Thanks Joel, we cant wait to see our beautiful wormy maple furniture.

I just received my dining table from Penwood and I couldn’t be happier about it. From showroom to delivery, I had a great experience. Joel helped me choose exactly what I wanted for my table - he gave excellent advice, was very patient and never pushy. The delivery experience was seamless also - they communicated clearly, arrived on time, were careful about fitting the piece through my awkwardly narrow front door and set up the table efficiently. I believe I got excellent value for my money, and the quality can’t be beaten. I love my new table!!
