30 years in real estate and been dealing with Mr Cavaleri since .Very professional ,helpful ,and very bias,and very empathetic.People that give him 1 star are probably not happy that things did not work out to their advantages. Most notaries work the best they can ,but some people are just never happy!And yes many clients are impossible to work with so thats is why they complain.

I would never recommend this notary for estates. There was so much information I had to learn on my own which the notary had no knowledge of. My family hired this notary when we lived in the West Island and he is in the east end. There are to many bad things I can say on how the situation was poorly handled on both sides. The lack of information for closure of accounts was bad enough that I would never recommend this notary office.
