Mr. Handyman of Toronto Central

I got a response to my online query within what felt like minutes after my post. Andrea was so friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate the scale of my project. The agent arrived at my property promptly the very next day. He was professional, clean and tidy and the repair was executed as promised.I am very pleased by the quality of customer service and the responsiveness of the agents.

I have been utilizing the services of Mr. Handyman for several months now and each experience is outstanding. The level of professionalism that each employee displays is always beyond expectation. Staff is always courteous, friendly and mindful of our office environment - noise is always kept to a minimum. Response time is exceptional. I would highly recommend their services.

Biggest regret using this company. Hire a real professional or do it yourself. Had laminate counters installed a few years ago. Service and quality at the time was subpar but I paid just to have this handyman" out of my life. Counters are not holding up

This man is a crook and a scam. Avoid this person at all costs as he is unethical, dishonest, unprofessional and misleading. He is not a handyman, he is a con man. I had the misfortune of using him. Do not make the same mistake I did. SN

Ben was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using his services.

We booked a quote inspection from this service weeks in advance with someone named Ben. Not only did Ben failed to show up, when we called 20 minutes after the scheduled booking he told us he could come tomorrow.We then explained that time was taken off from work to meet him at the house and that we were frustrated with the lack of communication. He said not to tell him these things in the morning and to find someone else for the job!Ben was rude, unprofessional and repeatedly hung up on us while we were trying to resolve this.This is not how a business should conduct itself, especially when they are charging an exorbitant fee of $172 (before tax) for a quote inspection and not balancing it out with total cost of work if moving forward.All in all, a highly negative experience. Save your money and time, take your services elsewhere where they will treat you with respect.

I contacted Mr. Handyman of Toronto Central for a quote and received no callback or contact for a week. I am hring a different company. They clearly have no time for smaller jobs. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

My kitchen sink had come apart from the countertop. A friend of mine had the same problem before and recommended Mr. Handyman could fix it. They did such a great job and the price was right, so I had a technician come back to fix some of the cabinet doors that were off the hinges and mount a TV on the wall.Thanks again for the wonderful service!
