Roland is a great therapist he cares about the well being of everyone in the sessions he teaches and try’s to create relationships and friendships.Roland personally took time out of his own day and helped me learn a lot of different ways to cope and deal with my anger and emotions in a positive way that I never knew how to before the sessions. 10/10 definitely recommend for people trying to reach out to find a way to help deal with their anger problems.

Fatherhood was an amazing course in every regard. The instructor Roland has a plethora of knowledge on the topics addressed in the course. He has a very friendly demeanor and was excellent at covering the course material. After every lesson, I applied the techniques used and resources given with my son and daughter and saw amazing results. I would highly recommend the services rendered by Psychologix Consulting and Counselling and I am excited to take more courses from them.
