The secretaries, physiotherapists, and almost all the physicians are absolutely amazing! My experience with one of the physicians and was so profundity disappointing that I feel it outweighed all the other good. It really put a damper on my athletic experience as a student.

Reading the rather negative criticism of the clinic, I find it hard to believe we are describing the same establishment. I had consulted a few doctors before going to this sports medicine clinic. The doctor informed me that all previous diagnosis were incorrect and that proper physio therapy would help and referred me to and excellent physiotherapist, Amy Dinaut. Her care, her professionalism and polite manners are exemplary. I am grateful to be treated by her as she correctly assessed my new hip injury and gave me the appropriate treatment and exercise programme which I do follow.I would like to add that the staff at the reception have also been most helpful in trying to obtain an appointment for me even when the clinic was very busy as it is at the beginning of term.

I went with severe chest pain and overall chronic pain after a gym injury. They did an xray and ultrasound on the pain point then concluded that I just needed to see a physio. Turns out I had an inguinal hernia, which I had to self diagnose.I just wish they weren't so eager to give up. I spent a two years being disabled because these doctors failed to diagnose a hernia. I never considered that the source of the problem could be in a different area then the pain points, but i'm not a doctor, they are. Please try harder with your patients.

Dr Crookshank is amazing! She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the assessment. She was so thorough, understanding, and patient in her assessment. Hands-down the best assessment experience I’ve ever had. She really listens to you and takes the time to understand your condition and circumstances. I wish all doctors and medical professionals had her bedside manner and attentiveness. You don’t feel rushed or ignored or dismissed. I felt so validated and left with a much better understanding of my injuries and possible avenues for treatment plans. She’s very open and flexible in her assessment, approaching it as a dynamic process. I find some doctors just rush to make a diagnosis and completely eliminate any other possible explanations, maybe out of haste or lack of knowledge or ego. Not Dr Crookshank. She is clearly very knowledgeable and well-versed in sports medicine and will give you the assessment you deserve. The definition of professional care.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at this clinic so far.The receptionists are helpful and good at their jobs and the facility is clean. However, I was most impressed with my appointment with Ed Ratz (RMT). Ed was very friendly and funny right off the bat and was able to target the source of my issues so quickly it blew my mind. It's very clear he is incredibly knowledgeable, versatile, and passionate about his job. Thank you!
