Brought a vintage bike into FBS for a tune up years ago and they did an excellent job getting it back to road-ready condition, as well as suggested affordable upgrades. Have been bringing my bike in ever since and appreciate the friendly, courteous & knowledgeable staff.Only giving 4 stars because when I phoned to schedule my recent tune up, the guy who sorta helped" me was really impatient as I tried to find a date & time that worked with their store hours & my schedule: he sighed several times during our conversation and kept interrupting me. Rude."

Great shop for bikes and service. It has a lot of selection of bicycles as well as ebikes. Lots of helmets, jackets, and other bicycle related what nots. If you need your bicycle serviced, best get in there early as they are super busy.

Simply the best…and wish they had a shop in Ottawa.I broke the O-ring on my garmin holder and they helped me out by finding a replacement without a charge.If you ever create a shirt or hat with your logo, let me know and I will order one online.

Great shop. Reminds me of some bike shops in southern France. I love the place and the atmosphere in there. Besides my favorite brands like Ortlieb, Tern or Brooks, they also carry recumbent trikes and bikes of different brands incl. AZUB recumbents. The staff know their stuff very well and will help you even with very special needs and requests. Very recommended.

I took the intro to mechanics course with my 11 yr old son over spring break. It was awesome. Michael got him interested and held his attention for hours. I now have a wheel-truing expert and someone who loves to work on his bike. Highly recommend it if you are interested in learning the fundamentals that you can build upon.
