Whole Health has changed my life for the better throughout the time I’ve been here. I used to be so unmotivated to work out and now being in a class based atmosphere with instructors is the approach that has worked best for me. Chelsi gets to know her clients individually and is always there with encouragement and kind words. Ever since joining this gym I feel my strongest both physically and mentally. Great instructors, a welcoming environment, and a variety of class options :)

I started taking spin classes at Whole Health about 8 months ago, but I've been consistently going once or twice a week for 5 months now. I can honestly say it has changed my life. My anxiety is so much lower, and I am able to manage my stress in a healthy way. I never thought I'd be a spin girl, but Whole Health changed that. I really look forward to my classes each week. The group of women are so supportive and inclusive, and I've always felt accepted/good enough! - which isn't always the case at small gyms. Thank you to Chelsi for creating such a positive work out environment, and thanks to Britt for keeping me so motivated in each class!

I’ve been a client here for just over a year now and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgmental.Whole health offers group classes in strength, interval training, spin, and yoga. Each week always has a good variety for both your mind and body.Chelsi has a great group of instructors and personal trainers, each with their own unique experiences and skills. The group classes are currently attended by a wide range of ages and include both beginner and more advanced students. The instructors provide lots of options and modifications during class so that they can meet you at your current fitness level.There is always plenty of street parking out front and the city lot is just a short walk away.

I have been working with Alisha as a personal trainer since Spring 2022 at Whole Health and I am truly impressed with how caring, knowledgeable and supportive she is.I had been attending group classes at whole health for several years, and I loved them- all of the classes I attended were fun, challenging and engaging but I wanted to work a little more closely on some personal goals.I have hypermobility in all of my joints which has caused various issue's for me since childhood and I met with Alisha to talk about my concerns, goals and what I was hoping to work towards.I love and appreciate how attentive Alisha is to where my body is at on the day of a session, she always knows when and where to challenge me and when to adjust something mid session if I need it.Her passion for her work is always visible and she brings a little extra in her intuitive approach to training.Since working with Alisha, I feel stronger and more in control of my body and movements. I have developed a deeper sense of awareness of my limits and when I am moving into hyperextension in daily tasks- something I struggled with for a long time- and she gave me the tools to find better alignment in my posture in the gym, in my yoga practice and in daily life.

First of all I have to say your studio is amazing and Alisha is a fantastic trainer. The culture you have created is so freaking refreshing! Having a long and mostly unhealthy relationship with fitness for years going back to a group class was a big step for me. It was all about the psychological side of it not the physical. Thank you having such a safe space to engage in fitness.

I attend the spin classes with Britt. They are a great workout for folks of all abilities - it feels safe and comfortable to make the workout your own. Chelsi runs a great studio and has excellent customer service.

I've been working with Chelsi as a PT client for the better part of a year now. I first came to her with chronic pain that I was working through but also as someone who worked on on her own 5 - 6 days a week. Chelsi corrected my form and I have been able to see huge improvements in my strength and overall physique but more importantly, my pain has been nearly eliminated.I really appreciate how well she collaborated with my physio therapist to create and continue to tweak a plan that took all of my concerns into account. And I look forward to continuing my training with her to reach new goals for improvement.

They are incredibly dedicated and genuinely care about helping each client reach their goals physically and mentally. I’ve been a “regular” at Whole Health for almost a year. I began with weekly spin classes, but have transitioned over to the Full Body Burn classes. I love and enjoy both classes equally, and would highly recommend them both!Britt’s energy is electric, and you’re guaranteed a great workout. I always left with a smile on my face, feeling energized. Chelsi also, has a great playlist to get you moving and feeling motivated!The Full Body Burn classes are exceptional! Whole Health is a welcoming and intimate community; Chelsi is extremely knowledgeable, and the workouts are well structured, organized and challenging. Downtown Galt is so lucky to have Whole Health Strength and Fitness!

She’s skilled and knowledgeable in a broad range of movements and exercises and cares a great deal about staying current as a personal trainer to meet her client’s needs.
