Poor, typical contractor customer service. Called, said they would come next morning, no show no call. Called again and said someone would call next day. No call, no show. Called a competitor and they showed up when they said they would within hours. if you can't or don't have time, tell me. don't waste my time and leave me inconvenienced on purpose...

I called for an urgent, but not emergency, plumbing job. I was told that they would come as soon as possible which would likely be the next day. However, they were able to wangle some free time and Steve showed up the same day that I called and did the job quickly and perfectly. Many thanks to Turner Plumbing.

I called to get a pool leak in a return line fixed. My poolpeople couldn't come for a week. This is not a Turner project usually. They sympathized and took pity. Next day a quick job, well-done. Great people at Turners. Thanks.

They will come to diagnose something simple like a shower handle cartridge, leave to go get it, then charge for coming back to put it in,, so your gonna pay around 300 to replace a simple cartridge

Super friendly and knowledgeable crew, they are honest and truly try to save you money where other contractors will giggle all the way to the bank. Turner Plumbing handled our massive renovation almost 30 years ago and delivered the same great service recently when we decided to upgrade styles and sizes of fixtures.

Hired them back last spring to snake a line in our basement out to the road, it took calling the city for them to take it seriously. Not to mention the complete DOLT that drives their grey company truck treating our community like his personal race track. Garbage company!

Almost no communication. Would not arrange an appointment, seemed to expect me to be ready at home any time during STANDARD WORKING HOURS, y'know, when I'm also working, at my job (and not at home)

Very caring and excellent service! Understanding person on the phone who answered my call for service right to the very efficient service man who came to my home and solved my issue. They were very busy and said they wouldnt be able to make it out till the next day, but 5 hours later they called and said the service man would be there in 20 minutes! Friendly fast service!Highly recommend them!

I hired Turner Plumbing & Heating because they are a local business in my communityThey were hired to move my washer, dryer, water softener and hot water tank across the floor 3 feet and then move them back once the cement floor cured, after having French drain installed in my basementThey did not level or return the appliances to their original location and won’t schedule to have this done, although I have been invoiced and made partial goodwill paymentMy bill contained 5 additional hours when their plumber wasn’t working here, charges for materials not required or used, a truck charge, … and would not credit the bill. Copper pipe that was in the basement when the job commenced was not there when they left, they did say that they would reimburse for that, although thus far have not
