Best Buy Medical Supplies

When ordering for the first time with this company, I repeated myself four times the dimensions that I needed so there would be NO problems. 1 1/2” opening and 38mm, Orange label on the box. I needed TWO boxes. I paid by CC.When the product arrived (it came with a Brown label on the two boxes. Wrong size. The supplies were flanges for Ostomy. I called and got a shipping code to return the product. I followed the directions to a T. I put BOTH boxes back into the original mailing box they came in, along with the same brown paper they used for the empty space along with a copy of the receipt they had in there. I mailed it back from a local shipping store. THEIR mistake and they made ME pay the return shipping of $12.00+.I waited over two weeks to call them back to see if they received the original box back so I could place another order. They informed me they received only one of my boxes that was inside the box. WTH???!!!!!!There were TWO!!!!! Why would I keep a box that was the wrong size of Ostomy supplies that wouldn’t fit with my existing supplies????!!!!!!!They wouldn’t refund me half of what was due to me.This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. Not professional at all and they LIE!!!!! I will not be doing business with them EVER!!!!!!
