Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
This is our go to place for lunch. The customer service is great. Everyone is nice, patient and understand your needs. The seating arrangement is very neat and clean. I would highly recommend if you are very much concerned about the health, hygiene and choice of diet. Try their new Chicken Tinga. Very delicious!

I’m writing this, not out of anger but out of hopes they’ll improve. They used to be good. Over the last while they’ve been giving smaller portions while the quality has also gotten worse. I used to love it so I thought I’d try it again to see if maybe the last couple times were just bad days.The lady serving was unfriendly, the rice was raw, I didn’t receive the meat I requested (which was a tiny portion) and the toppings weren’t as advertised (ie. pickled onions were just raw, sliced, pico was just raw tomato). If money is the problem, waining quality isn’t the way to fix it.Unfortunately it’s not just me. Friends have told me that they used to be regulars but now they stopped coming from what appears to be owners trying to save money.Will try back in a couple months and hopefully all is back to the way it should be.

Overall I had an amazing experience at this location. The staff was friendly, service was fast, location was clean and the food tasted fresh. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Ordered through ubereats but it was taking way too long, the manager brought it to me himself in a snowtorm! Very nice guy!! Food was great too!

New review to this post. I should’ve listened to myself and not gone back. I didn’t realize until I was almost done my burrito that I was eating raw chicken. This is extremely disgusting and I feel so sick to my stomach after eating this. This is gross and extremely unsafe.Tried this place 6 months ago and it was awful, bland chicken, hard rice, tiny portions, very rude and sassy staff. Thought I’d try again and hope for better because mucho used to be my favourite place in burlington. Today was just as bad if not worse. Never again at this location.

Terrific food and service.Had a chicken bowl combo with chips and salsa. The bowl was awesome and the chips and salsa were the freshest I've ever had! Will be back

Impossible to leave this place unsatisfied. Everything is amazing. Absolutely delicious and would recommend. The workers there remembered my very first order from weeks ago and I don't go often.
