When they make an error in your income tax they charge you their customer to correct that problem. I don't agree that this is a fair business practice. Has any other MNP customer had this experience?

I'm a pretty demanding customer and they have kept my business which is the bottom line. But it is getting worse and more expensive every year and they are on the verge of losing it. Can't recommend anymore.

Disappointing experience. Hired to four simple tax returns ($300 each). Started the evening before due date, had me on the phone for most of the evening. Made several mistakes and offered no value what so ever. Will not be returning.
