I got my haircut by Grace right before the most recent lockdown. My goal was to get a solid trim so I wouldn't have to be worried about it for a few months. Grace's effervescence, kind spirit and grace (she does live up to her name) made the experience so enjoyable. Despite my wearing a mask, she was able to gage just what haircut would suit me. My hair ended up being cut shorter than originally intended, but I absolutely love it! It is so fresh, chic and fun. Grace is a unicorn...a truly good soul and a talented hairdresser, too. I can't imagine going to anyone else after the cut she gave me. If I could give her more than five stars, I would.

Grace is a cosmic wizard! She is the most spirited hair visionary who never fails to impress. I have been a client for over 12 years and she just keeps getting better. Britney is absolutely blossoming under her tutelage. Our most recent hair adventure involved a keratin treatment and I am so impressed! My hair is silky smooth and looks incredibly healthy! It was worth every penny! Ladies thank you so very much for showing my locks such love!

Grace and Jodi did a fantastic job with my hair - I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience, excellent craftsmanship, and genuine service. I am delighted to be part of Jodi's apprentice portfolio - observing her gain tips-and-tricks from Grace throughout the appointment was a beautiful reminder of the power of knowledge and how we learn from one another. Jodi was patient, diligent and very responsive during my appointment - incredibly so, considering carefully bleaching dark hair to an almost platinum blonde takes quite a bit of time, attention, and effort. Time was irrelevant during my appointment because Grace did a wonderful job with the salon space - it was enjoyable to just be there. It is inviting and comfortable with copious natural lighting and a large back patio, something I haven't found in my previous salons. In summary, both the service and the space are starkly different from my previous salons, and this is enough to keep me going back. Thanks for all of your hard work, I love myself as a blonde!

Grace is fantastic! I recently had my first haircut with her and the experience was amazing. She takes the time to get to know you as well as what you want with your hair, leaving you feeling confident and ready to go (as well as giving super helpful tips for styling on your own). Will definitely be seeing her again and again :)

We drove for 200 km, to get highlights done for my daughter on her b’day. I was looking for a hair salon with the best reviews I could find.It was absolutely worth it. Grace and her team took her time, to make sure, she got the best highlights of her life! They looked stunning.She explained the whole procedure to her and made sure, she feels super comfortable the whole time. Grace is a professional hair stylist/artist and you can tell, she loves what she is doing.The salon has a gorgeous roof terrace where you can enjoy coffee and pastries while the colour sets in. Convenient 24/7 appointments! It was an amazing experience and I would definitely go back.

For the first time ever I have been truly happy with my haircut, every single time. Grace is so great, she is very friendly, and she really takes time to know what you want and to make sure you are completely satisfied with the results. Definitely my favourite salon and I will only trust her with my hair now!

Such a great experience at IN Lifestyle Salon! Jody performed a keratin treatment and was very thorough and meticulous, making my hair perfect :) It exceeded my expectations. I also received a colour glaze, cut and style by Grace and it also exceeded my expectations! I am obsessed with how amazing the colour looks and how shiny and healthy my hair looks! The colour is AMAZING! Grace makes her customers feel welcome and has a positive attitude and an obvious passion for her work! She's very knowledgeable and gave me great tips and recommendations to up my hair care game! Very good communication skills! Jody is calm, relaxed and very focused, which makes keratin treatments a valuable service. I’ve been working with Grace for about 4 years now. From the moment I met her, we hit it off. She came highly recommended from friends who have been seeing Grace for 10+ years. She takes the time to know her clients. Recently I saw Grace for a long overdue cut. I had mentioned that I was looking to cut a significant amount of hair off. Knowing my style and busy schedule, she recommended a shorter cut which combined the messy chic look. The compliments were coming from all directions! Her approach to getting to know her clientele make her not only an amazing stylist, but a great friend. You can always count on Grace for boosting up you day and your hair!
