Lawless hellscape of cutters. 3+ hour wait at 10:10 AM on a weekday. I was shocked there was no gunplay. When we finally got to the booth the guy was really nice. Canadian border crossing is no problem. It’s just crossing into the US that is insane.

Hi, staff at the border were very friendly, polite and courteous. My VW van was searched for ‘ fruits and vegetables ‘ which was totally understandable. Absolutely no complaints from me.

Word to the wise: if you are crossing in the regular passenger lanes, stay on the right lane. CBP has implemented horrible traffic management where the left lane is serviced by one booth, and the right lane traffic splits to feed 4 booths!

I was inside waiting for the officers to let me enter to visit my family. While i was waiting a couple came inside to check in with the police and the Canadan police officer was very rude to them and started yelling at them ver very loud. Other officers were laughing as well. Poor guy was talking nicely but the canadian officers were still making fun of them and made him to go back and return whatever he needed to return. It was about 15 officers they were all bad. I have been visiting Canada to visit my family more that 10 years, every time it is a rude officer. Always happy when i come back to USA where you dont get that disrespect at all.

Guys, stop cutting the line!!! Just find the end of your line and stay there! If you went to far, turn back, find the end of your line! To cut the line is very disrespectful to people wainting in it! This boarder crossing is chaos and shame. If you see somebody cutting the line, tell them politely not to do so. Do not let people to cut the line, it is new normal here… This is so poorly managed. Shame. Go to cross elsewhere.Update: We waited 6 hours.

On a Saturday afternoon I had to go to Bellingham at Costcoand for gas. This Asian lady who they hired was a bit picky andcould not speak English properly. I never had any problemswith other U.S. custom officers. Lately they hired new peopleand so some of them are still not properly trained at thenorthern border. The previous people that worked there were much better people and so I guess they were transferred to other positions probably at airports and at the southern border.

The man Williamson took my hot pot dry soup and instant noodles, saying it was animal product only based on it shows chicken flavor? He declared working there for 18 years, and I don’t believe a ssss based on his unprofessionalism.

I was very impressed by the services provided by US CBP Blaine Pacific X-ing recently. Due to my job relocation, I had to import my personal car from Canada to US urgently. Officer Lopez and Schroeder were friendly and very knowledgeable about the process. They did their best to help me and make the import smooth. Thank you, officer Lopez and Schroeder!
