Great buns and they also serve fresh pizza. 5 stars because I grabbed a pack of buns from the shelf, when I get to cash he takes them back and packs me some fresh ones he just pulled out instead, they were delicious!

I would to give them a zero star if I could!! I ordered cupcakes a week in advance and I watched the employee take my order and write it in the book. When I arrived to pick up my order not only was the place not open and the employees were late, they did not have my order. When the employee looked in the book upon arrival, my order was written in there however, nothing was prepared for me. In addition, I watched an employee remove bread from the back of their unsanitary vehicle as it was uncovered and exposed. I will not be placing any further orders as this is not the first time I have had a poor experience.

Placed an order for pickup on Mother’s Day and was told that the bakery opened at 7:00am daily and the order would be ready for opening. Arrived at 7:00am to find the bakery closed. Returned at 10:00am to find the bakery still without signs of life. Furthermore, I was led to believe that this is a franchise of the Bun King stores found elsewhere in the GTA, but this is an independent baker.

I would provide a 0 star rating if I could. I placed my order about a month ago for Mother’s Day and called yesterday to confirm and they did not have record of my order so I placed it again for pickup this morning which never happened. There was not a soul in the store when we were scheduled to pickup. Very unprofessional. I will not be providing them with another opportunity. From the information I have gathered it appears that they don’t even bake their goods in house.
